Health departments: Digital Health Offices from Strategy to Implementation in All Dimensions
We support public health departments in initiating and sustainably implementing digitization as defined by the German Public Health Service Pact.
In doing so, we assist municipal health departments, starting from strategy development and process modeling through to drawing up plans of action, with implementation in each of the eight activity dimensions set forth in the capability maturity model of the German Federal Ministry of Health. On behalf of our clients, the activities we undertake are:
1st | dimension Digitization strategy: | co-creative development of digitization strategies with as-is analysis, vision and mission statements, definition of measures and creation of an implementation roadmap; then development of organizational structures, focusing on roles, responsibilities and budgets, etc. |

3rd | dimension Process digitization: | survey, documentation and modeling of existing processes; analysis of potential; definition and design of target processes evaluation |
